Making the Cordial: Put every ingredients into a pan, bring to a gentle boil, stirring to dissolve. After that, remove from the burner and leave to cool down entirely. Transfer into an sterilised bottle, seal and store chilled, where it will keep for about one month.
To make Cocktail Base: Combine all the liquid ingredients into one big jug, leave to sit for 60 minutes, then strain preferably using a fine cloth, so it's completely strained.
To serve: Measure 85ml of the premix into a mixing glass containing ice, gently stirring carefully for one minute to cool it down. Filter to a chilled martini glass or similar, garnish with the cranberries and finish with a light spray of the essential oil over the drink.
